I’ve just read the E Gilbert book ‘Eat, Pray, Love – it’s brilliant. Am going to read it again. Found it in the travel section, but to me it’s a psychological journey. It’s the perfect read for women who need to ‘find themselves’ in relation to everyone else. Much food for thought. The trouble is I’m still on that journey – do we ever get there? EG’s sequel, ‘Committed’, is also excellent and very thought-provoking for women. I’d be interested in what other readers think about these two books.
I’m thinking of writing about my own psychological journey through the challenges of four relationships but haven’t yet decided on the form or shape – ie. a novel, or a first person exploration? Any thoughts?
